Game of Thrones' final book may have the same controversial ending from the TV show

Games of Thrones ended with its eighth and final season last year. However, finale of beloved show was panned by fans who hated how things ended. final season was full of controversial moments that disappointed many fans.

One of most shocking moments in final season was Bran Stark sitting on Iron Throne and becoming new King of Westeros. People did t like set up to this ending and felt like Bran Stark did t deserve to sit on Iron Throne. But according to new book, Fire Cant Kill A Dragon: Game of Thrones and Official Untold Story of Epic Series, this final scene will also happen in  Games of Thrones vel series by author George RR Martin.

In newly released book Fire Cant Kill A Dragon, author George RR Martin opened up about early days of  Games of Thrones TV show. According to book, re are three shocking moments that Martin revealed to DB Weiss and David Benioff. first shocking moment was Princess Shireen's sacrifice, while second was story behind Hodor's name.

third shocking scene that Martin shared with TV show writers of Game of Thrones was who would sit on Iron Throne at end of series. This means that Bran Stark sitting on Throne is t a show exclusive event. Even vels will follow same storyline, with Bran Stark eventually becoming new King of Westeros. However, while finale will be same, story in between will differ greatly. Game of Thrones Season 5 changed many key scenes from fifth Song of Ice and Fire book.

Moreover, Season 6 of show was written by DB Weiss and David Benioff, with Martin only providing pair with foottes. sixth Game of Thrones vel, Winds of Winter, will differ significantly from TV show, as book introduces multiple new characters who are completely omitted from show.
