Anushka Sharma opens up about pregnancy rumours

Reacting to the rumours about the actor being pregnant, Anushka has now said that she is irritated by such speculation. During an interview with a news portal, Anushka said that if someone is married, people inundate them with questions about being pregnant, and the audience loves to read into such things even if there isn’t anything. The actor continued by saying that when an actor is dating someone, it’s like ‘shaadi kabhi karne wale ho’? and when an actor is married to someone, it’s like ‘is she pregnant’?  Anushka feels that it’s crude. She says that you should allow people to live their life. Why put someone in a situation where they are forced to clarify themselves unnecessarily? What annoys Anushka the most is the clarification part. Every actor who is married has something said or written about them. Even if someone wears loose clothes as fashion, people will take that as meaning that she is pregnant.

In the end, when the actor was asked what can one do about rumours like these, she said that it is like a monkey on one’s back. There is not anything that you can do about it. You should learn how to ignore it and move on. These is news that is not needed at all, says the actor.

Anushka Sharma was last seen in Zero, an Anand L. Rai directorial, that released in 2018. She was cast alongside Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the movie. Anushka will next be seen in her upcoming movie Priceless. The movie is an Indian remake of the 2006 French film of the same name. Anushka Sharma will reportedly be seen alongside Sidharth Malhotra in this movie. It is the first time the actors are pairing up on-screen. They two had previously collaborated on a commercial. Priceless is expected to be directed by Tarun Mansukhani. The release date of the movie hasn’t been revealed yet.
