Actor Sara Ali Khan made a royal debut on ramp as she turned showstopper for designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock at FDCI India Couture Week 2019. But what came as a shock was interview post show. When asked what would she say to all plus-size brides when y are picking up a wedding lehenga, Falguni Peacock in an interaction with a lifestyle channel said: "I won't blatantly tell her to lose weight, but you have eugh time and you can work on yourself. It is pretty easy to lose a couple of inches if you want to."
When furr asked what all should y keep in mind, Falguni said: "Long blouses, more flared lehengas and t fitted because fitted won't really work when you’re a little big. deep necks for m maybe higher." designer was trolled massively and what Netizens also observed was that Sara Ali Khan who was sitting next to Falguni didn't make any defensive comment to her statements.

Post this, Falguni posted an apology on her handle and wrote: "To all you beautiful women, I am so so sorry if I’ve inadvertently hurt anyone’s feelings. This wasn’t my intention at all. Having dealt with body issues all my life (and am still dealing with m) I realise that we should wear what we want and what makes us happy. My sincere apologies."
