Diwali is just around the corner and it can be really tricky to try to stand out while not looking too flashy. Here are some of the best festive looks that you should consider this Diwali.

The recipient of the National Film Award took to his social media on the occasion Independence day to post a picture of himself with the Indian tricolour. Ayushmaan Khurrana wore a dotted offwhite kurta and wore a traditional jacket of the same print. He kept the colour constant throughout his entire outfit and paired the look with an off-white coloured salwar. Ayushmaan was not only praised for the patriotic gesture, but many flocked to his social media to compliment his fashion sense.

Aditya Roy Kapoor

The Ok Jaanu actor Aditya Roy Kapoor wore a Kurta-shirt by Shantanu and Nikhil and completely nailed the look. Aditya wore a red coloured Kurta with a subtle design on its chest. He paired the Kurta with a black coloured salwar and wore black leather shoes to complement the look. The simple yet trendy look can be easily pulled off during a family get-together this Diwali.

Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh known for his quirk and unique sense of fashion wore a dark coloured Indian attire recently. He kept the look to a minimum by keeping the outfit to an all-black, rather than adding a contrast. He wore a black Kurta with a golden floral design and wore a black coloured salwar underneath. To complete the look he wore a pair of black and golden coloured traditional footwear. The outfit is a perfect blend of traditional and modern and is not too flashy for the festival.

Shahid Kapoor

The Kabir Singh actor added a western spice to a pain traditional attire by adding neon green to an off white coloured traditional attire. The pocket and the pattern on his offwhite salwar is neon green in colour, while the same pattern can be seen on his salwar as well. He wore what looks like Balenciaga sneakers to complete the look. This is a plain yet classy look that will instantly turn heads.

Ishaan Khatter modelled for the ace designer Manish Malhotra and looked absolutely dapper ina navy blue coloured traditional outfit. The plain navy blue colour runs throughout the outfit, right from the salwar to the Kurta. However, there is a little design on the collar of the Kurta. Since the entire outfit is very plain, the design on the collar acts as a perfect relief, while highlighting the outfit. He wore black traditional footwear by an Indian luxury footwear brand. Blue is quite arguably the colour of the season and a look that is a perfect blend of fashion and comfort is quite perfect for the festival of lights.
