Kate Middleton: The Duchess of Cambridge's look in salwar kameez

Prince William and Kate Middleton are currently on a tour in Pakistan. They will be visiting the country from October 14- October 18. While the two take part in many events arranged by Pakistani officials, their outfits are gaining a lot of attention. The Duchess of Cambridge seems to be very attentive to the traditions, which can be seen in her choice of outfits. Her outfits are both from British and Pakistani designers.

Here are four looks of Kate:

Light-blue salwar kameez

The Duke and Duchess arrived in Islamabad's Pakistan Air Force Base Nur Khan on October 14, 2019. The Duchess can be seen wearing a blue ombre salwar kameez. The dress was designed by Catherine Walker. She wore small diamond earrings by Catherine herself. She can be seen holding a Zeen clutch in her hand.

Light blue kurta and trousers

Kate and William’s itinerary for the next day included visiting students. They were guests at the Islamabad Model College. She can be seen wearing a blue kurta and trousers. The outfit was designed by Maheen Khan.

Green kurta

William and Kate met some Pakistani officials on the same day. They visited the Presidential palace to meet the President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi, and Prime Minister Imran Khan. Kate wore a long, light-green tunic by Catherine Walker. They were paired with white Maheen Khan trousers. A Satrangi scarf completed the look.

The green gown

The Duke and the Duchess arrived at an evening reception in a decorated autorickshaw. This evening reception was held at the National Monument. Kate could be seen wearing a beautiful sequined green gown with a green net dupatta. This glittery dress was designed by Jenny Packham.

All these dresses seem to be a beautiful amalgamation of Western and South Asian styles. Her selected colours of blue and green bring vibrancy to her looks. She looks elegant and beautiful in these traditional outfits. The Duke was also seen wearing a dark green kurta-pyjama set at the National Monument.
