Lakme Fashion Week 2020 spring summer collection promises a lavish extravaganza

Lakme Fashion Week has kick-started this week and marks its 20th anniversary in the industry of fashion. And for this milestone, the organisers of the show have come up with a nostalgic runway of 30 designers who have presented their initial collections on their Gen Next platform for over the last two decades.

On Tuesday, February 12, 2020, the Lakme Fashion Week summer/resort 2020 hosted prominent names in the fashion industry like Ritu Kumar, Payal Singhal, Samant Chauhan, Gauri & Nainika, and Pankaj Nidhi, and many more designers. The show's first day concluded with a grand finale which was by Amit Aggarwal. Lakme Fashion Week 2020 is scheduled to be held between February 12-16.

And with all the outfits that were showcased at the Lakme Fashion Week 2020, it seems like tropical, floral will be the theme for this season and also seems like beadwork and embroidery are back in fashion.
