Wash your face at least twice a day
When you venture out of house, you are exposed to a lot of pollution and dust. Often, this dust sticks to your face, resulting in pimples and later acne. It is recommended that you wash your face at least twice a day - in morning, and after you come home from work or before you go to sleep. Clean your make-up (if any) as soon as you're home. Keeping on your makeup all night can cause wrinkles, pimples, acne, and or skin problems. Get a good face wash which would suit your skin, or you can also use tomatoes, lemon, or turmeric for your skin. Use tomato and lemon toger, make a mixture and apply paste on your face and keep it on for 20 minutes and wash it off later. You can use same process for turmeric.

You tend to get more blackhes and whitehes during your 40s. As a result, exfoliation is highly recommended. People in ir 40s should scrub ir face twice a week.
