Delhi To Have More Than 1000 Chhath Ghats
Delhi CM announced that this year, Delhi will celebrate the festival of faith in over 1,000 locations.

Chhath Puja is anor significant Hindu festival during which devotees worship Lord Surya, Sun God, and his sister Chhathi Maiya, seeking good health, peace, and happiness while expressing gratitude for source of life.
As we observe festival of faith with great pomp and spirit, Chief Minister of Delhi, Atishi Marlena Singh, along with former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and or dignitaries, inspected ITO Hathi Ghat in Delhi, on November 4.

More Than 1000 Chhath Ghats In Delhi
Taking it to X (formerly known as Twitter), Delhi CM announced that this year, Delhi will celebrate festival of faith in over 1,000 locations. This initiative aims to foster community spirit and devotion across city, making festival even more inclusive and vibrant.
It states, “In view of preparations for great festival of Chhath, today ITO Hathi Ghat, one of oldest and most important Chhath Ghats in Delhi, was inspected. This year, under guidance of Former Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal ji, Delhi government is celebrating this great festival of faith with great pomp at more than 1000 places across city. Instructions have been given to officers that all arrangements for convenience and safety of devotees should be completed soon at all ghats including ITO.”

This year Chhath Puja festivities kick off on November 5, Tuesday, i.e. today.
