Delhi To Have More Than 1000 Chhath Ghats
Delhi CM announced that this year, Delhi will celebrate the festival of faith in over 1,000 locations.

Chhath Puja is another significant Hindu festival during which devotees worship Lord Surya, the Sun God, and his sister Chhathi Maiya, seeking good health, peace, and happiness while expressing gratitude for the source of life.
As we observe the festival of faith with great pomp and spirit, Chief Minister of Delhi, Atishi Marlena Singh, along with former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other dignitaries, inspected the ITO Hathi Ghat in Delhi, on November 4.

More Than 1000 Chhath Ghats In Delhi
Taking it to X (formerly known as Twitter), Delhi CM announced that this year, Delhi will celebrate the festival of faith in over 1,000 locations. This initiative aims to foster community spirit and devotion across the city, making the festival even more inclusive and vibrant.
It states, “In view of the preparations for the great festival of Chhath, today ITO Hathi Ghat, one of the oldest and most important Chhath Ghats in Delhi, was inspected. This year, under the guidance of Former Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal ji, the Delhi government is celebrating this great festival of faith with great pomp at more than 1000 places across the city. Instructions have been given to the officers that all the arrangements for the convenience and safety of the devotees should be completed soon at all the ghats including ITO.”

This year Chhath Puja festivities kick off on November 5, Tuesday, i.e. today.
