- 2 apples I used green apple
- ½ beetroot small
- 1 carrot
- 1 inch ginger piece
- ½ lemon
- 1 pinch Salt generous
Instructions:
- Peel beetroot and carrot. Chop m roughly along with an apple.
- Place chopped items along with ginger in a mixie.
- Blend without water and strain through a metal strainer.
- Again d ¾ cup to 1 cup water and blend. Strain through a metal strainer.
- Squeeze lemon, d salt, mix and enjoy.
