Benefits of the Firefly pose

The Firefly Pose is a powerful exercise for building arm strength. By supporting the body's weight on the hands, it intensifies the engagement of arm and shoulder muscles. The core muscles, including the abdominals and lower back, are crucial for maintaining balance and stability in this pose.

Apart from enhancing arm strength, the Firefly Pose offers various health benefits:

Improved balance and proprioception: The pose helps enhance the body’s balance and spatial awareness.

Better posture and alignment: Proper joint stacking and full-body engagement promote improved posture.

Enhanced circulation and calmness: The inversion aspect of this pose can aid circulation and induce a calming effect.
