1. Aaloo sang Shimla Mirch

Enamour your taste buds with this quick recipe. Heat oil in a pan and toss chopped potatoes and capsicums toger in it. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and d garlic-ginger paste as per your taste. Sauté m and you are good to go.

Mashed potatoes blended with a host of spices, cott cheese, and dry fruits to make a great stuffing for garden green capsicum. Remove insides of capsicum and pour stuffing till top. Roast or bake this delicacy to perfection and serve for dinner.
