1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, yolks, and whites separated

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and room temperature

- 125g cream cheese, room temperature
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups confectioner’s sugar

- To make filling, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. To combine, d vanilla extract and mix.
