  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs, yolks, and whites separated

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and room temperature

  • Cooking spray

  • In a pan, d, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk egg yolks in a separate bowl and n d milk and butter. Attach mixture of flour and whisk until well combined, still lumpy.
  • Beat egg whites with an electric mixer in a separate bowl until stiff peaks develop. Remove 1/3 of batter's egg whites and fold gently to mix. d remaining egg whites and fold gently until y are mixed toger.
  • Sprinkle a pan with cooking spray and place it on a medium-heat stove. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter in each well once pan is dry.

  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate, melted

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ tsp sugar

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs, yolks and whites separated

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 small bottle red food colouring

Filling:

  • 125g cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups confectioner’s sugar

  • To make filling, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. To combine, d vanilla extract and mix.
