Latte
Latte or caffé e latte is a milk-based drink. It has more milk and just a little coffee. The proportion to use to make a latte for yourself is 1/6 espresso, 4/6 steamed milk, 1/6 foamed milk. You may add sugar, depending upon your requirement.
Americano
Americano is for people who want to stay up and alert. Americano has just Espresso and hot water. The proportion to use for making Americano is use between 1 and 2 parts water to 1-part espresso. You may or may not add sugar. Depending on whether you want to make it sweet.
Mocha
Mocha is a chocolate flavoured alternative for a latte. The proportion for a mocha would be 2/5 espresso, 2/5 chocolate, 1/5 steamed milk. It is a strong coffee with a chocolate flavour. Depending upon your taste, add sugar. Although you may want to avoid adding sugar since there is chocolate flavour added in it already.
Cappuccino
Cappuccino is a very popular beverage. It has more milk than espresso. The proportion to make a cappuccino is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 foamed milk. Since the milk added is more than espresso, espresso is dialled down a bit with milk. Despite that, the coffee taste is maintained.
