Preheat the oven first and prepare a baking sheet on a pan. In a bowl, whisk some baking powder, flour, and salt. In another bowl, beat together butter and sugar together until it becomes fluffy. Add in some eggs and vanilla into the batter and separate the batter into two. Scoop out cookie batter from what has been prepared and put it on the baking sheet prepared earlier. Make a small depression in the centre of each cookie piece and then add some jam into it. Bake for about 13 to 14 minutes until they turn golden brown. Cool and then your cookies are ready to be served.
2. Sugar cookies
3 cups of all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
1 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 cups of butter, softened
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp. of milk
In a large bowl, whisk together some baking powder, flour, and salt and set aside. Take another bowl and beat some butter and vanilla extract. Add some egg, milk, and vanilla into this mixture and then keep adding the flour mix to it. Shape this mixture into a disk and wrap it up in a plastic sheet. Refrigerate for an hour and simultaneously preheat the oven and put a baking sheet on a pan. Sprinkle some flour on the prepared pan, lay the disk on the pan and cut into different pieces. Freeze the pan for ten minutes. This will allow the shapes to get firm. In a bowl, beat some butter and sugar without leaving any lumps. Add some cream, almond extract, and salt and mix well. Bake the cookies and decorate as desired once cooled.
3. Chocolate chip cookies
2 and 1/2 sticks unsalted butter

2 cups of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven first and add some butter paper to a baking pan. Beat butter and sugar until it becomes smooth without lumps. Now slowly add vanilla extract and eggs. In a different bowl, add some flour, baking soda, and salt. Put some chocolate chips. Make them into balls and place them on the prepared dish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and your cookies are ready to be served.
