Vegetable oils are said to be an integral part of Indian food but y contain a large volume of Omega 6 fatty acids and polyunsaturated fats. A lot of artificial antioxidants and preservatives are ded to it, which harm your health. Try your hand at se zero-oil easy recipes
Rice and moong dal idli:
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1/3 cup moong dal (green gram)
- A pinch of baking soda
- Salt for taste
Method:
- Soak rice, dal and fenugreek seeds in water for five to six hours.
- Grind soaked ingredients in a mixer and leave batter aside for at least eight hours or preferably overnight.
- n, d baking soda and salt as per taste and pour little mixture into cavities of a small idli maker.
- Steam in a cooker for a few minutes. Repeat this process for remaining mixture.
- Serve se oil-free healthy Idlis with chutney.

Scrambled egg recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 2 chopped green chillies
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 eggs
Method:
- Pre-heat your n-stick pan.
- Start by ding chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste.
- Mix it well and sauté it.

- Put two eggs and mix it well with paste.
- d some chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Makai palak recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup corn kernels boiled
- 2 bunch of spinach chopped
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 tsp garlic and garlic paste
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves roasted and powdered
Method:
- Blanch spinach in boiling water for a minute. Drain and refresh in cold water. Drain and puree in a blender.
- d onion and sauté till it is lightly browned. d garlic paste and stir. d green chillies, ginger strips and sauté till it is browned furr. d red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and stir.
- d spinach puree and stir to mix well. d corn and salt and stir. d yoghurt, garam masala powder and roasted dry fenugreek leave powder.
- Stir and turn off heat. Serve hot with chapattis.
