Mac 'n' Cheese sticks
Try this upgred recipe of American favorite fast food mac 'n' cheese variation which could be used as a appetizer or even replace your soup sticks with this recipe. For this recipe, boil your elbow pasta, drain and keep it aside. In a saucepan, start with butter, d little flour and whisk it to create a roux. d milk, salt, pepper and whisk continuously. Once you find sauce thickening n d grated or any cheese of your preference. Stir well and lastly d prepared pasta. w, remove mac 'n' cheese from bowl and spre it evenly on a baking sheet and freeze it. Once you remove your frozen mac 'n' cheese, cut it longitudinally into cylindrical long sticks. Take sticks one by one and roll it into flour, n egg and lastly bre crumbs. Bre Pakoda
Bre Pakoda is one of popular Indian fast food items. For stuffing in recipe, boil mashed potatoes, peas, mix m and keep it aside for later use. In a pan, heat oil, d mustard seeds, n saute ginger, green chillies and curry leaves, chilli, garam masala and turmeric powder. Cook it well, n d stuffing you prepared into pan along with salt.

Take it out once done and serve it up with green chutney, tomato ketchup or even plain curd.
