Mac 'n' Cheese sticks

Try this upgraded recipe of the American favorite fast food mac 'n' cheese variation which could be used as a appetizer or even replace your soup sticks with this recipe. For this recipe, boil your elbow pasta, drain and keep it aside. In a saucepan, start with the butter, add little flour and whisk it to create a roux. Add milk, salt, pepper and whisk continuously. Once you find the sauce thickening then add grated or any cheese of your preference. Stir well and lastly add the prepared pasta. Now, remove the mac 'n' cheese from the bowl and spread it evenly on a baking sheet and freeze it. Once you remove your frozen mac 'n' cheese, cut it longitudinally into cylindrical long sticks. Bread Pakoda

Bread Pakoda is one of the popular  Indian fast food items. For the stuffing in the recipe, boil mashed potatoes, peas, mix them and keep it aside for later use. In a pan, heat oil, add the mustard seeds, then saute ginger, green chillies and curry leaves,  chilli, garam masala and turmeric powder. Cut this into traingle pieces, so that one peparation gives you two bread pakoda pieces. Now prepare the oil for deep frying. Till the oil heats up, prepare the dipping batter by mixing gram flour, ajwain, chilli powder, salt, rice flour and turmeric powder.
