The word chaat usually has come around from the taste of chatpatta which means something sweet, salty, and tangy in most snacks. Whenever someone pronounces the word chaat, we are reminded of the tangy, sweet and salty flavour that leaves your mouth watering. There are variations in the preparation of chat across India. 1. Aloo Chaat

Aloo Chat was once the most popular side dish in the northern parts of India, especially Delhi. It is one of the humble street food you can explore and taste in Delhi.
