Halloween is a celebration in remembrance of dead that occurs annually on evening of October 31. Halloween is a mixture of customs of pagan and Christian origins. It originated from an ancient Celtic seasonal festival (kwn as Samhain). It is held on day before All Saints’ Day, a Christian festival used to celebrate recognised saints. Halloween activities typically involve trick or treating, dressing up in a fancy dress and carving pumpkins. Here are most loved pumpkin desserts for a party.

Pumpkin Fudge
- Line a 9x9 inch pan with aluminium foil. Butter foil or spray with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a 3-quart saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Mix in pumpkin puree and cinnamon; bring back to a boil. Cook, and stir constantly, for 18 minutes (see Editor's te). Remove saucepan from heat. Allow cooling slightly, for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour white chocolate chips in a large bowl. Pour fudge mixture over white chocolate chips. Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow white chocolate to soften; stir until it gets smooth. Mix in marshmallow creme, butter, and vanilla until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Cool, remove from pan, and cut into squares. Store it in a cool, dry place.

Pumpkin Blondies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminium foil with about 1 inch hanging over edges for 'handles'. Spray foil with cooking spray.
- Beat brown sugar and butter toger in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth; beat in 2 eggs until combined. Beat 1 more egg and vanilla extract into brown sugar mixture until combined. Stir flour and baking powder toger in a separate bowl; stir into brown sugar mixture until batter is smooth.
- Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl with an electric mixer until smooth; beat in remaining 1 egg until just combined. Beat pumpkin puree into cream cheese mixture; stir in pumpkin pie spice.
- Spread 2/3 batter into prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of pumpkin mixture over batter; top with spoonfuls of remaining 1/3 batter and swirl toger with a butter knife. Sprinkle cinnamon chips over batter-pumpkin mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until blondies are lightly browned on edges, about 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
