Sweet Potato Chips
To prepare this snack, pre-heat oven to 415 degrees F and spre one sheet pan with parchment. In a bowl, pour sweet potato slices and toss it with olive oil and herbed sea salt to taste. Once it is mixed, lay slices on sheet pan with parchment paper and place into oven for 25-30 minutes until y turn brown. Before serving, toss with fresh lemon zest.

Cumin Spiced Almonds
You can prepare this snack very quick. All you need to do is mix almonds with spices and toss it in a bowl with olive oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and later set almonds on a large parchment paper. Bake m for 15 minutes and let almonds cool down before serving. You can preserve m in an air-tight container for a long period. Dry chickpeas after rinsing m and remove outer skin of it. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, and olive oil with chickpeas, pepper and sea or rmal salt according to your taste. Toss mixture well. Spre m evenly on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place sheet to bake. Bake m for 20-25 minutes and keep checking in between. Once it gets cooled down, preserve it in an air-tight container.

Apple Chips
Back in our childhood, we often heard that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. apple will keep your small hunger away too. Try this easy, healthy recipe. Preheat oven to 225º F. Lay out apple slices on a baking sheet. On one sheet of apples, spatter mixture of cinnamon and sugar over apples. Place baking sheets in prepared oven. Keep flipping slices and continue baking for around two hours, until apples are crispy. After it cools, store it in an airtight container.
