- 3/4 tablespoon spicy chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon refined oil
- 1 lemon
- salt as per requirements
- 3-4 coriander leaves

Step 1
Chop bitter gourd in small round pieces. Make sure you take off seeds from bitter gourd. Add bitter gourd pieces in bowl and n squeeze lemon, turmeric powder and salt in bowl. Mix all ingredients toger well. Set aside bowl for about 20 minutes

Dehydrating bitter gourd is very essential for karela fry. w, take bitter gourd and wash it under clean water. Squeeze bitter gourd so that re is water left behind. Keep aside bowl.
