Steamed Fish

A coastal region has to have fish mentioned in one of its best dishes. Like any other coastal region, Mangalore too has a variety of fishes. Anjal fish is among the many mouth-watering fish dishes. Anjal fish is marinated with a large number of spices and is later wrapped in a banana leaf and put to steam. It tastes delicious when cooked.

Ghee Roast
