An egg is versatile eugh to be consumed in various ways. For a fat-free and protein-rich meal, grab whites and top m with chopped onions and peanuts. Ingredients
- One teaspoon of cala oil or olive oil
- Two tablespoons of diced red bell pepper
- One tablespoon of finely chopped onion
- One by fourth cup of sliced mushrooms
- One cup of fresh baby spinach leaves rinsed properly
- Two beaten eggs
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
- One tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese
A step-by-step method to prepare a vegetable stuffed omelette
- Pick up an 8-inch skillet and place it on stove on medium flame. Pour oil in it and let it heat. d chopped vegetables including bell pepper, onions and sliced mushrooms in oil. Keep stirring it and let it cook for about two minutes. Check if onion is golden brown and tender. d spinach and sauté until spinach wilts. w, remove vegetables from pan and pour m in bowl or plate.
- Whisk egg, salt, pepper and eggs in a bowl. Reheat skillet and pour mixture into pan. Slide pan back and forth to spre eggs while y continue to thicken. Let egg stand until it turns light brown from bottom before flipping it over. Make sure that it does t overcook or burn.
- Place sautéed vegetables over half of omelette and sprinkle m with cheddar cheese. Use a spatula to fold or half over to cover vegetables.
- Slide pan to gently remove egg out of it
- Serve hot with ketchup to elevate flavours
