1. Jalebi -Rabri:

Jalebi-Rabri is a match made in heaven. Cold rabri poured on top of hot jalebi truly tastes delicious and satisfies your tastebuds to a great extent. Jalebi-rabri is an inevitable part of Punjabi dishes. Jalebi is made up a batter of all-purpose flour, sugar, saffron and desi ghee.
