Vegetarians the debate between non-vegetarians about which is the best preference for a healthy diet has been on forever now. There are various non-veg options such as chicken, red meat, pork, meat and many more on the plate for them. On the other hand, vegetarians have to select from a range of milk products like cottage cheese to fulfil their protein requirements. Soya Chaap
Soya Chaap are small pieces of soya baked using skewers in a tandoor. Soya is one of the best substitutes for meat. Seitan is popularly called as wheat gluten or wheat meat. This is because of its similarity to meat when cooked. Seitan makes for a delicious snack or food and is widely eaten. Its other advantage is that it is easy to make at home. Seitan kababs, burgers, pasta are some varieties.

Common legumes include peas, beans, lentils, peanuts, chickpeas and soybeans. The different types are high in nutrition, taste, appearance and use. They are a perfect replacement for non-vegetarian foods in stews and soups. Legumes make a good tuna substitute in a salad. They have a very little amount of fat.
