Winter food that will help to keep your body warm and in shape

Nothing can be worse for health than winter if proper care is not taken, here are some winter food to include in your diet to increase metabolism

As winter grows it affects our metabolism process and we end up eating less. Low energy levels make cooking and or tasks harder as well. Hence, we can eat or products that help us to stay warm.

Dry Fruits

Add nuts like almonds, walnuts, and pistachios to your breakfast. Almonds contain various antioxidants that counter signs of ing on your skin. To give a twist to your rmal cereal or warm milk with Dalia (porridge) or oats, try and add dried fruits like apricots, raisins, and figs.

Pepper, Fenugreek, and Hing

Some of common spices that can help you stay in shape and make any meal a delicious meal are mustard, asafoetida (Hing), black pepper, fenugreek, cumin seeds, and dill seeds. You should also include hers like Rosemary, Orega and Stinging Nettle leaf.
