It has been reported by several food blogging websites that a man named Kundan Lal Gurjal operated a restaurant called Moti Mahal which went on to become birthplace of Butter Chicken. It is said that cooks of restaurant would mix leftover marine juices with butter and tomato, and n stew tandoor-cooked chicken with it. This is how y stumbled upon this amazing dish unkwingly. Butter chicken has many variations across several states of India. In some versions of recipe chicken is cooked with many variations, it can be boiled, stir-fried, and grilled. basic recipe remains same. butter-chicken is eir served with roti, pav, and bre.
