Grala is a modern health freak's boon and is usually consumed during breakfasts. Grala is a mix of oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and a sweetener that is baked till golden brown and n used in different ways for consumption. Here is a list of best and simple ways in which you can use grala in your diet. 

Ways to eat a Grala

Preheat oven to 150 °C and till n prep for your grala. ingredients needed include oats, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, coconut oil, chopped almonds, maple syrup or any or healthy sweetener options, ghee or almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla essence, and two pinches of salt. Take a bowl and start with mixing all dry ingredients first and n d liquid ingredients and give it a good mix. Take a baking tray, line it up with parchment paper, place your grala mix over it evenly and n bake m for half an hour while tossing once in between. w stack your baking tray tightly and n let it cool without any furr stir. When it is 3/4th cooled, you need to cut baked grala into bar-like sizes which kids can munch on inste of plain flour biscuits.

Grala cookie

Use grala into your cookie recipe by ding salted peanuts, ground cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, raisins, and chocolate chips for your cookie recipe. Mix dry ingredients first and n d wet ingredients later. make small cookie shaped batches on baking sheet and bake whole thing for 15 minutes. Once cookies are partially cooked, d raisins and chocolate chips from top.
