Consuming food items len with sugar all time can be dangerous because it attracts more bacteria in mouth. Bacteria in mouth produce high acids that can erode tooth enamel thus making decaying teeth. It is refore visable to cut down on foods and drinks that are high in acid such as sodas.

Quit Smoking:

Smoking is t only injurious to your lungs but it also affects your oral health. Moreover, it can le to gum diseases, tooth decay and oral cancer. Smoking is hazardous and it is visable to quit smoking to maintain good oral health.
