You may t feel thirsty during winter, but keeping yourself hydrated is a must. Drinking clear soup or a soup which has a lot of vegetables is ideal way to keep yourself hydrated. Include vegetables laden with vitamin C, like broccoli and cauliflower in your soup that will help you with your immune system.

Dry Fruits

Dry fruits like almonds, cashews and dates, etc. are a natural source to keep your body warm. Dryfruits are kwn as powerhouse of nutrients. It is best to consume m raw, however, you can mix m with your salad or include m in your milk. Keeping your body warm this winter will reduce risk of diseases.

Homemade ghee or clarified butter has many health benefits including adding glow to your skin. Ghee helps with your digestion and adds warmth to your body.
