One of the most common reasons for lower back pains is lifting something heavy or a degenerative condition like arthritis. Whatever may be the cause, lower back pains can be really hard to shake. It is observed that almost everyone experiences back pain at some point in their lives. Sometimes the pain can be very severe and might need a doctor’s consultation. But for other times, here are five home remedies for lower backache.
Ice it
Ice is the best remedy in the initial 24 to 48 hours, as it reduces inflammation. Take the ice pack off after about 20 minutes or so, in order to give the skin some rest.
Massage
One of the best and most effective ways to loosen up a sore muscle and relieve pain is by gently massaging it. Stretch

Watch your posture
The maximum percentage of people spend their day sitting down, which can be way more harmful than you can realize. But, proper posture is helpful in minimising the impact of this. An example of having a good posture is keeping the feet flat on the floor and the computer keyboard within easy reach so that there is no need to lean forward.
Watch your heels
High heels increases pressure on the lower spine, causing lower back pain. It is always advised to exchange four-inch heels for low heels. Wearing flats is the best option.
