Insomnia may be caused by various factors with some suffering from insomnia due to underlying health conditions like asthma, depression, arthritis, heartburn, or pain.   • Electronics – Stay away from light before your sleeping time by keeping all your electronic devices in a different room. For waking up, set up an alarm on your table clock in your room.
