A boiled egg with a thin strip of toast

Egg is full of protein and will keep you full till lunchtime. Boiled egg is a great treat for breakfast. It can be soft in the centre or hard-boiled. This is a simple low-calorie breakfast to make. You can sprinkle some salt pepper to taste on top.

Banana and honey

This is one of the easiest breakfasts to make. Slice banana into chunks as it will make it last longer. Drip it with honey and turn this fruit into breakfast. If you want to try something fresh, you can mash up the banana and warm it in the microwave with a honey topping.

To keep the calories low, mix it with water rather than milk and sweeten it with a pinch of cinnamon. Spinach omelette
