Olive oil is a pale yellow to light green coloured (depending on the quality of the olive oil) high viscous oil which is called Jaitun ka tel in Hindi. It is derived by pressing the olive fruits. Olive oil is available in different forms. For example, premium extra virgin, extra virgin, fine virgin, virgin, semi-fine virgin and pure olive oil.
