Periods are painful and hard to deal with for many. While some women prefer to stay at home and spend the day resting, according to many health experts, a woman should avoid staying at home the entire day. It is good to pamper yourself but self-love is not all about lounging. Sometimes you need to move around and meet people as part of self-care.
