Drinking on your period should be avoided. re is a loss of blood in your body during your period and consuming alcohol may cause low blood pressure. You might alrey feel a little fatigued during your period and drinking will make matters worse. Alcohol may also increase your period flow and cause you to lose more blood.

Spicy foods le to more gas and bloating if you are alrey suffering from cramps and fatigue. You might feel intense bleeding so it is recommended to remove m from your diet.
