  • Download some apps of air quality in real-time. Such devices track hourly measurements and can give you a good estimate of what next day's air condition will be. Additionally, you can also invest in an indoor air filter to ensure clean air inside house.
  • Make sure you have a good amount of healthy food. Drinking plenty of water and an increase in consumption of healthy food can protect lungs from air pollution. Good food and water will keep lungs and liver healthy to deal with air pollution.
