Stretching our bodies loosens our muscles which makes us feel active and flexible. It also increases blood flow in our muscles and brings urishment which helps in getting rid of waste byproducts in muscle tissue. Just sit firmly on your chair and twist upper body in direction of arm that’s resting behind chair. Hold on for 30 seconds. Repeat on or side.

Working for long hours means sticking to your desk for hours. best way to burn calories at work is by getting up from your desk as soon as possible but if your job challenges you to stay at your desk, you can pretend to walk to burn a few calories. It is extremely easy to do this exercise. Just sit up straight on your chair. While keeping your knees bent, lift your right leg up, lower it, lift left leg up, lower it and repeat it as many times as you like. After this workout, stretch your leg for 10 minutes.
