Dhanurasana/Bow pose
This position challenges the flexibility of a person who is performing the asana. One has to lie flat on their stomach. Inhale and lift the chest and legs off the ground. Try to hold the toes with both of the hands. Make sure the body appears like a bow. Keep repeating the position as many times as possible.
Baddha padmasana/Bounded lotus pose
Baddha padmasana is an asana which takes padmasana to the next level. Start the asana by sitting in padmasana by keeping the legs crossed and the heels must touch the lower part of the abdomen. This can require some flexibility which comes with practice. Remain in the position and try to touch the right toe with the right hand from behind. Repeat the same with the left leg and arm. Let the chin touch the chest. Take slow and deep breaths while maintaining the position.
Gomukhasana/Cow face pose
Gomukhasana is one of the most practised yoga asanas. Sit straight with stretched spines on a flat surface with crossed legs one over the other. Bring hand behind the back, one over the shoulder and the other from below. Hold the hands in the position as long as possible. Change the position from right to left and repeat the same procedure.
Yoga also relaxes the mind eliminating the chances of stress or other problems. Consult a doctor if you face any problem related to the liver that can be a concern. Eating healthy to support these efforts is advised.
