Among other causes, erectile dysfunction can also happen when men suffer from heart disease, high cholesterol, multiple sclerosis, diabetes or excess tobacco use, alcoholism or substance abuse. Depression, stress, overworking and other similar reasons are also cited as contributory causes. Erectile dysfunction, if not treated, will only increase with age. An excellent way to help manage it or possibly prevent it from happening by routine yoga asanas.

Paschimottanasana
Sit straight with your legs stretched open with a firm posture. Move your arm towards your feet. The posture needs your body to make an 'L shape'. Repeat this exercise multiple times. Slowly bring your arms at rest. Try to stretch and completely touch your toes.
Uttanasana
Stand straight with toes touching each other. Bend down slowly and touch the toes. Come back to rest by holding your waist. Repeat this multiple times with an interval of 30 seconds in between.

Baddha Konasana
Sit down and make a butterfly shape with your legs. Hold your toes and slowly flap your legs like wings. Make sure that the legs are stretching upward with little strain. Repeat the steps with regular intervals of 30 seconds.

Janu Sirsasana
On an empty stomach sit with one leg open and straight-stretch towards the toes. Fold the second leg inwards towards the pelvic area. Stretch by bending on your waist sides towards the open leg. Stretch until there is a slight strain on the waist muscles. Repeat on both sides.

Dhanurasana
On an empty stomach, lie back on your tummy side. Stretch the legs and arms making a bow shape against the floor or the mat you are doing the asana on. Stretch until you can hold your legs with your arms. This is a difficult asana and needs some amount of practice.
