Adho Mukha Svanasana
This yoga asana helps to stimulate blood flow to scalp, promoting hair growth.
- Stand on four limbs, forming a table-like structure for your body.
- Exhale and raise shoulders softly and straighten elbows and knees. You have to make sure that your body forms an inverted V.
- Your arms should match your back and your feet should match your thighs. Make sure feet are pointing outside.
- Press your hands on floor and lengn your head. hands are supposed to touch inner arms.
- Stay for a couple of seconds, n bend your knees back to table position.

Uthanasana
This yoga asana gives your back, your hips, and calves a good stretch. This posture often referred to as Camel Posture. It increases blood flow to brain, which, in turn, helps hair growth and health.
- Kneel on a mat with your spine erect, raising your knees from ground at an angle of 90 degrees.
- Place your hands on waist, with thumb behind and or fingers in front
- Inhale deeply and slowly arch backwards.
