71st Republic Day celebration in Lakh will, according to reports, take place at Polo Ground, CEC LAHDC Leh. celebrations will begin with a flag hoisting ceremony by officials, and it will be followed by a pare by NCC cets.re will be cultural programs, including dance performances depicting rich culture of our nation. This will also include tritional folk dance of Lak and Leh. Preparations are in full swing in Lakh region for a grand celebration.
