1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
½ cup jaggery (grated)
½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
A pinch of salt

Method

Roast the makhana: In a pan, dry roast the makhana over low heat until they become crisp. Set aside to cool.
