75 feet tall representations of devils Ravana, Kumbhakarana and Meghn are ignited on Dussehra day to symbolize triumph of good over evil. Typically, se figures are loed with crackers to d more effect to ignition. A person dressed as Lord Ram is me to shoot a bolt of flame at Ravana and gigantic figure thus gets burnt in flames. Villrs assemble here wearing multi-shed garments to offer supplications to Lord Rama and to commend his triumph over Ravana.
