Congress questions ED raids on Delhi Minister, BJP accuses AAP govt of corruption

Congress party has voiced apprehensions regarding recent Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids at residence of Delhi Minister and Aam Ami Party (AAP) leer, Raaj Kumar Anand. senior Congress leer, Udit Raj, has alleged that central investigation agencies are operating at behest of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at Centre.

In a statement concerning ED raids conducted at residence of Delhi Minister Raaj Kumar Anand, Udit Raj expressed his concerns, questioning motivation behind se actions. He stated, "Why are se raids happening on opposition leers? If, for instance, he joins BJP, he will n be portrayed as a clean leer. It appears that Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and ED are operating under directives of BJP, with opposition being primary target."

BJP Accuses AAP of Corruption Amid ED Raids

While Congress has raised concerns about motives behind ED raids, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched fresh accusations against AAP, alleging its involvement in corrupt activities. Harish Khurana, a prominent BJP leer in Delhi, stated, "We have been stating from beginning that not only KejriwalAs per source but in fact, whole cabinet is involved in scams. Actions are being taken in accordance with law. It has been reported that matter is related to customs and Hawala. However, a series of AAP leers will soon emerge, claiming that a conspiracy is being hatched against m and asserting ir innocence."

Khurana went on to say, "You don't have to be scared if you haven't done anything wrong. But if you have indeed done wrong, n feeling apprehensive is legitimate. All of se allegations and counter-allegations point to perception that entire government is embroiled in corruption."

ED Raids Delhi Minister Amid Ongoing Money Laundering Investigation

Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently conducted raids at premises of Delhi Cabinet Minister and prominent AAP leer, Raaj Kumar Anand. se actions are part of an ongoing money laundering investigation, according to official sources.

investigations were initiated based on Prosecution Complaint filed by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), alleging false declarations in imports for customs evasion of more than 7 crores and International Hawala transactions, sources said.
