In alleged petrol bomb attack outside Raj Bhawan in Tamil Nu, Union Minister L. Murugan on Saturday demanded a CBI or NIA probe.

" Tamil Nu government should make law and order right, and at same time, Raj Bhavan petrol bomb issue should not be taken lightly. investigation must be done. Who is behind person who allegedly threw bomb? Who me him do so?" he told a news agency ANI in Trichy on Saturday.

"I have been asking from first day that CBI or NIA must investigate and probe this Raj Bhavan petrol bomb hurdle case; n only full truth will come out," he ded.

Tamil Nu DGP, in an official statement, denied charges me by Raj Bhavan regarding yesterday's petrol bomb attack near Raj Bhavan.

Referring to letter of Governor's Aide-de-Camp, State DGP said, “A statement by governor's office that governor's convoy was attacked in Mayiluthirai and complaint given by governor's office and it's not filed is against truth. Actually, governor's convoy was not attacked, but his follow-up vehicle was, and a case was filed in that incident, and 73 people were arrested.”
