Donna Lach who is  Ambassador of Aurorasaurus shared a beautiful picture of Comet NEOWISE which is visible in an aurora-filled sky in his shared post. According to reports, picture shared by  Aurorasaurus Ambassador was taken on July 14, 2020, in western Manitoba, Canada.

As per NASA and Donna Lach, purple ribbon-like structure visible in picture is to left is deted as STEVE. name STEVE was given by scientists working with Aurorasaurus project to understand purple ribbon-like aurora-related phemen. You can also spot a meteor in pictures as you can see a bright streak near top of im.

In a recent statement, Lach explained how she captured beautiful pictures that were shared on her Twitter handle. She mentioned that she had taken several shots of comet a few days prior with my zoom lens. In same few pictures, she caught a little presence of aurora.

Lach revealed that she waited for a long time and at around 11:30 PM CDT, she spotted aurora and comet appearing in night sky. Donna Lach said, " large, thick band of aurora soon started to dance, showing brilliant blues and purples looking to west".  Aurorasaurus Ambassador revealed that she saw some loops skipping out of main band at westward side which gave her assurance that she would see STEVE soon. According to reports, at around 1:00 AM CDT, STEVE was visible for people to enjoy beauty of sky. Lach stated that she was excited to capture span from STEVE to NEOWISE and she observed incredible aurora for about 3 hours.
