Elon Musk's X is slated to launch two NASA astronauts into in what would be a historic moment for aero company and United States. X mission was earlier scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, but it h to be aborted with less than 17 minutes remaining on countdown clock due to poor wear conditions.
test flight has been named Demo-2 and is w set to take off on Saturday, May 30, at 3:22 PM ET (May 31, 12:52 AM IST) from NASA's Kennedy Center in Florida.

How long will astronauts be in ?
As ted above, NASA X mission will be attempted on Saturday, May 30, and flight will be guided by two NASA astronauts to International Station. X's Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon capsule are scheduled to take off from Cape Canaveral, Florida. mission will roughly be around 110 days. ship will be guided by NASA travellers Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley.

shuttle will dock with International Station roughly 24 hours after arriving at orbit. From here, Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley will join team of existing ISS Expedition 63 crew. group comprises of cosmonauts Ivan Vagner and Anatoly Ivanishin, and NASA explorer Chris Cassidy.

When will astronauts return to Earth?
X Crew Dragon has been equipped to stay in Earth's orbit for about 110 days; however, re are details on when astronauts will actually return to Earth. NASA has stated that exact length of X mission will only be confirmed once travellers reach International station. However, this will be dependent on status of following commercial crew team dispatch.

How long will Bob and Doug be in ?
As mentioned above, length of mission can only be determined after Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley reach International station. So, it isn't clear how long two astronauts will be in . However, it is kwn that Doug Hurley will be responsible for launch and landing of aircraft whereas Bob Behnken will handle rendezvous and docking at ISS.

X mission will be one of most historic moments as it will mark first time in history that a private craft company carries humans into Earth's orbit. ncy and enthusiasts have been waiting for this milestone for a very long time.
