To date, Elon Musk's X has launched 595 Starlink satellites into Earth's orbit. Nearly 500 of m are currently functioning which allows some portions of earth to be provided with internet. X's Starlink operation is regarded as internet connectivity constellation and is currently in development phase. satellites are expected to provide low-latency and high-speed internet for people based in remote areas. How to watch Starlink sattelites?

As of w, only satellites launched before June 13, 2020, stand a chance to be seen visible to naked eye. As with most of stargazing activities, one of best chance enthusiasts have is to watch it will come eir 30 minutes prior to sunrise or after sunset. re are many Starlink tracking websites that provide an estimated time and direction where satellites can be seen. One of websites is FindStarlink.com which requires users to enter ir location to kw where and when in ir locality can y watch satellites. According to website, Starlink satellite will be visible on 29 August 2020, and September 1, 2020.

However, even with best Starlink tracker, locations and timings provided cant be 100% accurate according to website. satellites change ir course of orbit often without warning. Whereas, even if satellites do pass over a person, it requires proper environmental conditions like sky and clear clouds to be seen. satellites have been previously witnessed across several locations of globe and appear a string of pearls.

What is Starlink Project?

primary goal of Starlink project by X is to provide internet access around globe. X has a goal of launching over 30,000 satellites to do same and aims to provide 1 GB per second internet to remote areas. X launched first 60 Starlink satellites back in May 2019 aboard Falcon 9 rocket.
