NASA's rules for Artemis Accords include safe disposal of orbital debris and transparency
NASA on October 13 signed the Artemis Accords with founding member countries to achieve cooperation in space and avoid any potential conflict.

National Aeronautics and ministration (NASA) on October 13 signed Artemis Accords with partner countries to achieve cooperation in and avoid any potential conflict. Australia, Cana, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom are founding member nations that have signed accords with United States. Artemis Accords establish a practical set of principles to guide exploration cooperation.

set of principles laid down in Artemis Accords are a peaceful exploration of , transparency among partner nations, preserving outer herit such as Apollo 11 landing site, reduction and safe disposal of orbital debris, interoperable and compatible systems for greater safety and sustainability, registration of objects, public release of scientific data, among few or things. principles or rules will help guide future exploration of moon by member nations.

"Artemis will be broest and most diverse international human exploration program in history, and Artemis Accords are vehicle that will establish this singular global coalition. With today’s signing, we are uniting with our partners to explore Moon and are establishing vital principles that will create a safe, peaceful, and prosperous future in for all of humanity to enjoy," said NASA ministrator Jim Bridenstine.
Or powers like Russia, China, and India are t members of Artemis Accords yet and are unlikely to join efforts because of its US-centric approach. NASA has said that ditional countries will join Artemis Accords in months and years ahe, without naming any specific nation. NASA as part of Artemis programme will be sending first woman and next man to surface of Moon in 2024.
