National Aeronautics and ministration (NASA) on Tuesday officially declared that sun has entered a new 'solar wear cycle'. sun's new activity phase, called 'Solar Cycle 25' indicates that re will be an increase in wear that could have effects for techlogy on Earth as well as astronauts in , NASA scientists said.

According to Scientists solar cycle 25, will peak in 2025 and will generally be a less active cycle, very similar to solar cycle 24, that ended in December 2019. sun's activity follows an 11-year cycle, with star moving constantly from quiet to active and back to same cycle. se periods of activities are kwn as solar wear.  new findings will be key to ensuring that world is rey to tackle numerous problems and complications that can arise as a result of that change in wear, experts said.

Changes in solar wear can have bro effects, for instance,  astronauts who are t protected by Earth’s magnetic field can be hit by dangerous amounts of riation or it can also cause significant difficulties for rio communication techlogies on ground. Meanwhile, experts have vised that beginning of new cycle should be an opportunity to make plans for changes expected in years to come.

're is  b wear..'

“re is b wear, just b preparation,” said Jake Bleacher, chief scientist for NASA’s Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate at ncy’s Hequarters. “ wear is what it is – our job is to prepare.”

As Sun hes into its new cycle, it could le to dramatic events on surface- giant explosions such as coronal mass ejections or solar flares. That can spew light, energy, and solar material into , NASA said in its release.

Frédéric Clette, director of World Data Center for Sunspot Index, said “We keep a detailed record of few tiny sunspots that mark onset and rise of new cycle."

“se are diminutive heralds of future giant solar fireworks. It is only by tracking general trend over many months that we can determine tipping point between two cycles", he ded.

As Scientists predicted that new cycle is expected to be comparable to previous cycle, which was below aver stated that it does t mean re are risks. Doug Biesecker, a solar physicist at AA’s Wear Prediction Center said “Just because it’s a below-aver solar cycle, doesn’t mean re is risk of extreme wear. Sun’s impact on our daily lives is real and is re."
